Best!Food:Great food. The sushi is absolutely great, they have four different flavours, Teriyaki Chicken, Tuna Mayo, Smoke Salmon and Japanese Omelette. There is a vegetarian option but only when requested. If you don’t like sushi, there are also wraps that are delicious, full of vegetables, Japanese mayo and your choice of grilled or fried chicken and sauces (Teriyaki, BBQ, Satay and Sweet Chilli)They also have meals, with includes rice, salad and two pieces of sushi (additional $1.50). They also have Japanese curry which I love. I can see it is partially owned by a Japanese person because the quality is great stuff. I go there everytime I’m down south. Menu:Easy and simple. Sushi, starting from 4 pieces you choose what flavour you want and how pieces ($5.50+). Meals, choose your topping (teriyaki chicken, karaage (Mmm!) or smoked salmon) with rice or salad ($9) or both ($9.50) or both with 2 pieces of sushi ($10.50). Printed on a scroll looking menu, very cute.Interior:Looks more like a rockabilly retail store instead of a lunch bar but fun to look at all the drawings and the collaged tables. Chair upholstered to suit the interior, comfortable to sit. Hygiene:Nice and clean. Using gloves when necessaryStaff:Amazing! One girl, Tamica is absolutely gorgeous and funny and well mannered. She’s very loud with an opposite co-worker Bianca who doesn’t seem work there anymore. Bianca was a shy girl who was very professional at what she was doing. Made really neat meals and wraps, I wish I took photos. I’m pretty sure she works at Gyu-In in Northbridge, I’m having the feeling it’s the same girl. And another one, who is probably the owner, she was kind but no smile or didn’t seem welcoming but that’s okay, she probably makes the food and I can’t complain a good meal! Hiromi Woodward
