Interesting and tasty sounding menu. Ordered the Kumara rosti, eggs (plural!) were cooked perfectly with runny yolk, mushrooms and chargrilled lemon was tasty but the rosti was a bit flat and soft, not a crispy rosti like one may expect. French toast came with minimal fruit and the pear needed to be cooked longer. Was quite hard! Nothing special. Coffees ok but nothing special. Attentive and friendly service. Probably won’t be coming back here though especially as you need to pay for parking even on weekends!

I’m loathed to leave a bad review because the guy serving was so friendly, however I find it unacceptable to wait almost an hour for 2 very simple meals in a 1/3 full restaurant. Even high end restaurants like Nobu take far less time and the meals taste far better. By the time our meals arrived we had 5 minutes of our lunch break left and I was really unimpressed with my meal. I ordered the kumara Rosti – it was dry and everything on my plate very, very salty. There was nothing to break through the taste of salt and there was dukkah (or something similar) on everything so all of the elements on the plate tasted the same. I might come back for an after work drink but never for lunch again. Like Piccolo’s Corner – there was no warning about the wait and no apology which I find unacceptable.

Fantastic new menu! We went for brunch and had the special of the day and the kumara rosti. Both were delicious and the coffee was good too.It was their first busy morning of brunch so the chef was working hard but it took a while. The owner gave us free coffee’s while we waited, had a chat to us about his new plans for a dinner menu and apologised profusely for the wait. His excellent customer service made our long brunch even better. Thanks again and we will be back for dinner eatingbrie.wordpress.com

Great caf hidden away in West Leederville. The food was delicious and service very attentive. I ordered the Kumara Rosti which I cannot recommend enough. Very flavoursome and a great portion size for the price. I went with a group of 5 and no one left disappointed.Looking forward to trying the night menu which is coming soon!

The service here was amazing – very nice gentlemen! The juices were soooo good. The food was average – It could be better. But we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Delicous breakfast bar tucked away in the offices/industrial buildings of west Leederville. We both had the halloumi, beetroot relish with a poached egg on toasted Turkish bread, really good!! Service was very attentive! Juices were fresh and vibrant. They informed us that they are in the process of getting a new menu, so chef talked through the current menu on offer as there was no paper menu available. Will definitely return to see the new breakfast menu and tryout the evening meal menu.

Saturday brunch started with an immediate warm greeting and assistance with getting a table and offered water and coffees straight away. They were trialling a new menu so we were talked through the options on the blackboard. Service was very attentive. Our party of 5 enjoyed our coffees and juices plus all the food was delicious. The only downside was the time it took to get the food and that one of us got her meal quite a bit before the others…. and the paid street paking, which is plentiful on a Saturday but $2.50/hr. Overall it was a very enjoyable Saturday brunch experience and we are all keen to go back and try the new menu.
