Amazing atmosphere on a Saturday night! Great for couples, groups of friends and even families. I decided on the rosemary potato pizza but wanted to add some prosciutto which was served on another pizza. While the waitress was unsure of this request, sure enough it came out topped with some albeit minimal. There was no added charge for this change which was the most surprising of all, nearly unheard of around Perth! The fish tacos were huge and full of delicious fresh ingredients
Monk has a nice feel and appeal to it. Great selection of beers and some unusual ciders which can all be accompanied with some descent pub style meals. The let down would have to be the service and the deserts which were both piss poor. Still worth swinging by when in the area.
Nice atmosphere but no table service, had the garlic bread to start which was burnt and lacked garlic. Mains were mussels which were nice and the slow cooked lamb which needed seared more before hand as it was very fatty on top but nice overall, it was accompanied with potato that was a bit under cooked and the roasted onion with Parmesan was excellent.
