Wasnt expecting much from this pretty grungy and greasy Freo place, however great dawgs with tasty sausages, and they come with decent serve of rustic fries. Damn tasty, just hope the start cleaning the joint soon.

Visited the new Wassup Dog in East Perth and I tried their Americano dog with a beef snag, cheese, fried egg, salad and aioli all in a wholemeal roll. $14 and comes with fries. I’ve walked past several times on my lunch break and the place is packed so we got there 11:45 to beat the rush. We were the only ones there and we waited a pretty long time for our food. My friend got her vego balls well before my hotdog came out. I didn’t like the strong flavoured herb sprinkle on the chips which were also soggy.I would rather just be able to buy the hotdog on its own without the fries as the two together are a very, very heavy meal.

Good service with really really good hot dogs!!! They even have a vegetarian option. Slightly overpriced by a couple of dollars but aside from that it’s definitely a 4/5!!

Went to the new East Perth location. And I have to say I’m disappointed. The meatballs were overpowered with WAY too much onion and they were really dry. I’m really surprised, there was absolutely no moisture in them whatsoever, no wonder the waitress tried three times to tell me to order them…Update: ok I went back with a friend who really wanted to go. This time I had the hot dog and it was pretty good. So if you do go, stick to the dish that clearly made them their money and ignore the rest of the menu and you’ll probably enjoy it.

Went to market on Rokeby this weekend ! The queue was actually huge, but tried to chicken and was literally impress by the quality. The chef apologise for the wait. We didn’t really care as heaps of stall were around. Love wassup hotdog !!

There’s so much great food at the Freo Markets these days that you need to visit over the whole weekend! Leave space in your tummy for these hotdogs, they’re great 🙂

After a big night watching the All Blacks smash Australia in the World Cup, I was in need of a hangover cure… And something delicious!! So Wassup Hotdogs was calling my name…… ( eat me, eat me….sireatsalot!!!)and boy the hotdogs sure did not disappoint.I had the Best dog an organic beef sausage with just the right amount of fat in the mince, and flavouring, to make the taste buds jump up and down with excitement. The sausage came in a slightly toasted fresh wholemeal roll, with lettuce, sauce and aioli on the bottom. Topped with a sausage, cooked onion, capsicum, and finished off with the ohhh so tasty aioli….If you are after one of the tastiest hotdogs in P Town you cannot go past Wassup!!Try it….you will not be disappointed.
