I’ve had what the bao before at their food truck, but it’s so nice they’ve got a shopfront in Shafto Lane. The store is small and you can see straight into the kitchen with minimal plastic tables but that just adds to the appeal of what’s essentially a food truck with its roots down. They have only a minimal amount of bao selections, which definitely made me think each bao was carefully formulated to deliver only the best flavour combinations. Service was fast and fresh, and it’s very hard not to wolf them down because they are so delicious.
