I feel sad giving such a low rating as the food was lovely and authentic. But the customer service is abysmal – it took them 25 minutes to make an iced tea despite not being overly busy, and I wasn’t even offered tap water to allow me to enjoy my rochor mee (which had been delivered promptly and was getting cold). The waiter was friendly and apologetic but the staff at the till were not when I let them know what had happened. The people at Taurus next door have always been lovely to me so it was a bit of a shock.
