Kalahari is definitely in my top favourite cafes and even though its been around for a few years now, I think its still one of Willettons best kept secrets. The ambience of the place is super homey and the staff are always really lovely. A cute spot to grab coffee or a more substantial meal for brekky or lunch, Ive enjoyed everything Ive tried here but can absolutely never look past the vetkoeksFriend and I ordered the vetkoek burger and peri-peri chicken vetkoek (both $14!) the other day and the flavours are just SO good, every single time we also ordered the melktert milkshake which was delicious – super cold and the perfect consistency.
