Tried the Carousel’s branch. Clean space with simple decor. There is a spot for you to watch the chef make your roti prata fresh in front of you.Tried the Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng and Roti Prata with egg. The Ayam Masak Merah (chicken in mild spicy tomato sauce) that came with the Nasi Lemak was cooked well (juicy & moist in the centre) and has good flavours.Mee Goreng was ok too, not ‘WOW!’, but still enjoyable.Roti Prata looked great, but the fragrance and taste was lacking some punch. It was missing the sweet-smelling, buttery element, as well as the crispy & fluffy texture.Might return to try other dishes.
