They recently changed the menu. The wanton noodle is alright, but they no longer serves fry dishes where they do best, and the new menu dishes seem like designed to be save food prep rather than prior what customers favour the best… And curry chicken rice is terrible, the chicken is very frozen ish, and half of them is pink and chewy. I used to like this place but i think I will think twice before I come here again..

Really enjoy the flavours this place dishes up! Overall a good value for money place. Kind staff. Quick turn around. Self serve no thrills. Not somewhere to take a group as it’s a cosy space, just shows it is about the food here. Last dish, chee cheong fun 5*****

our weekly place for wanton noodle. best in perth!! especially with the bbq pork and the fried tentacles. good value for money as well. tea tarik is good too

We like the flavour of the BBQ pork here. We also like the fact that they use snapper fillets in their dishes, instead of heavy-battered fried fish fillets. But that’s about everything we like from this place. While the BBQ pork was moist and tender, the rice was dry and not enjoyable at all. Fried Kueh Tiaw and Mee Goreng can be likened to a normal stir-fry noodle, and Curry Laksa is just average. Noodles/rice ratio to meat is quite off; you get lots of rice/noodles, but not enough meat/protein, so we find ourselves with a lot of rice/noodles leftover.Food is cheap and you’ll definitely get a big portion to fill you up. But, not a place for quality hawker food.

I’ve been here twice and ordered the dry wonton noodle with BBQ pork. It was pretty tasty and had lots of flavour. The BBQ pork was very good and tasty and the noodle portion was very big and filling. Would of preferred more meat though. The wontons however are not that good, they were very small and had little meat inside. Considering it was only $9 I think it’s reasonable for what you get. Tasty food and big portion. Definately give this place a try. I’ll probably come back to try their other dishes and it’s super affordable!

Got takeaway from here. Wonton noodles dry style and crispy sang mee. Both were A++ delicious, much nicer than similar offerings from Bamboo and Taurus nearby. Wonton noodles nice & springy, flavoursome, as was sang mee. Only complaint is that wontons were a bit lean on the filling – flat rather than plump. Still, very satisfied. Will definitely be returning.
