In MAYERs Restaurant at Schloss Prielau, Andreas Mayer, decorated with two stars from the Michelin Guide among others, leads his kitchen crew. The gourmet cuisine has a French direction with intense aromas. The dishes and culinary creations retain a handcrafted look and are presented with plenty of love for detail. Most of the produce comes straight from the area around Schloss Prielau and the Pinzgau region, with some coming from the castles own stock. Andreas Mayer has a great respect for sustainability and makes organic quality a priority.
