Tried to eat at this place twice. Each time we were treated very rude from the moment we entered the restaurant.If you have no reservation don’t bother trying. Especially if you are a couple. They seem very money oriented with zero hospitality level.
By far, our dinner at Almer Bauernkasten was the best meal we had in Maria Alm. (Our only regret is that we found it on our last night.) From salad to entree to dessert, the food was exceptional, and the service was top notch.
Was here with my GF on our skiing holiday. Small, cute Restaurant with amazing food. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly.Booking a table beforehand is advised.
Slightly off the beaten track, this is a restaurant worth seeking out and booking for. Full of locals on both of our visits – always a good sign. Some excellent variants on traditional fare with the Deer Stew particularly flavoursome.
