Sous-chef Markus Lorbeck: Our fresh local produce includes making our own pasta. We make good fresh dishes from products that you do not come across every day. Within Rosso we work with a dynamic team comprising service-focussed boys and girls who live locally as well as staff who have worked at the top places in Europe who make hospitality a priority.
