Head chef, Stefan Haas, has made himself a name with his innovative interpretation of classic dishes. The new concept of the Seeblick Restaurant takes us back a step. Tradition not innovation is the motto! The menu card includes old favourites such as the original Viennese escalope Wiener Schnitzel, braised beef Tafelspitz and Schlutzkrapfen pasta pockets filled with spinach and cheese. To round the meal off there is regionally sourced gingerbread parfait and a sweet souffl Salzburger Nockerln. Freshly prepared quality produce, largely locally-sourced is an integral part if Stefan Haas quality credo. As the name Seeblick suggests, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Grundlsee and the impressive surrounding mountains while dining. The Seeblick Restaurant is open daily.
