Organic restaurant "ko-Essbar" Farm to table fresh & cool The nature experience restaurant. We conjure meals and drinks out of everything that grows and flourishes at our organic farm. Enjoy our organic food, directly from our own pastures and gardens amidst nature! With live cooking and large outside seating area within the herb garden. According to richtiggutessen.at, our eco restaurant "Oko-Essbar" is probably the most sustainable restaurant in the country. We produce everything ourselves - bread and baked goods in our in-house bakery, flour in our flour mill, home-made pasta in the pasta workshop, vegetables and herbs from our own gardens, meat and cold cuts from species-appropriate husbandry, our own breeding and processing. PLEASE NOTE: The eco restaurant is part of the Zotter tour and only exclusively open to all visitors of the Choco-Shop-Theatre and the Edible Zoo with a valid day ticket.
