We stopped here mid morning for coffee and sat outside. The tower which would be good for views was only open in the evening. Very plush and expensive for what you get. We had an average cappuccino for €3:50 each.
Have been twice at the Cafe Wasserturm bar and it was great. Fantastic view of the area and fancy drinks. Enjoyed my red Wine and the music There is no other bar like this in the area
