Excellent reasonably priced meals, and they’ll cook things not on the menu if you ask. Refreshing Zipfer beer. Convenient if you’re changing trains in Innsbruck or just flown in, and on the way to the ski resorts. Friendly staff.
The food is basic but ok.When ordering the drinks they made a mistake and did not bring what we asked for. We gave it back but they insisted we pay for it although we never drank it. Not fair; not customer friendly.
I asked if they could do something not on the menu – a Gröstl – no problem, and it was excellent. Friendly and efficient service – you have to ring the bell behind the bar to use the toilet !
As we arrived by train from Vienna we decided to have a quick bite before going to the hotel. We were in a hurry and we picked up some sandwiches.
