The good lady and I last ate here in January 2017. The restaurant is under new management and still offers a typical and varied Austrian menu. Excellent and reasonably priced food combined with friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly staff, some of who speak good English, and a good choice on the menu. The food was of a good quality, as were the drinks and both reasonably priced.
Ate here with friends who are regular visitors to Ellmau. The food and service was excellent combined with a lively atmosphere. Would most certainly eat here again.
Hermann and the team including Karin are very welcoming and offer good quality reasonably priced Tyrolean style dishes served in a nice environment.
The food itself tasted reasonable. I had Wiener Schnitzel with Pommes and a salad. Four hours later I was sick. Intestinal problems that drained my energy all day. Terrible!!!The waitresses wear Ill-fitting Tiroler outfits. And it is not even very cheap. Waste of money.
People not fit for service. Cheese fondue we ordered for 4 was too basic. Fruit salad in a (dog) bowl, fried potatoes without grace. Don’t go here!
