PAUL der wirt invites you to enjoy austrian cuisine in all its splendor. taking traditional recipes that have been popular since the time of the emperor and adding our own modern twist. we have chosen our menu to represent austria, embracing its history, bringing you a choice of good quality, seasonal, local produce along with good value from across the empire. we hope that you feel at home and enjoy our food either on our terrace overlooking the lake, in our newly decorated restaurant or in our modern wirt's house. we are proud to say that all of our produce is 100% austrian as certified by "ama" and we use local produce whenever possible. we are members of the "genusswirten osterreich" who recognise this.
