You won’t get haute cuisine at Votiv but you will have a decent meal at a very good price.They usually have a few specials at 7 euros. When I was there you could get a schnitzel with potato salad for that money.
The waiters were very friendly and we got big portions. Beers in happy-hour (19-22h) were 2,90 for 0,5L bottled. Overall, great place to eat for a low/medium priced dinner.
