In 2014 our Dining Room was honoured with a Haube from the Gault Millau restaurant guide, the first Irish pub in the world to receive such a recognition. Our kitchen team travels on a regular basis to Ireland and Great Britain in search of inspiration and new ideas and ingredients for our menus. Our goal with the Dining Room is to portray a picture of the best of contemporary Irish and British gastronomy. Our 28 day dry aged beef is specially prepared for us and imported from F.X. Buckleys craft butchers in Ireland, our prawns are sourced from the west of Ireland, our lamb from Tullamore, Co. Tipperary. We also search the whole of Austria for the finest vegetables and herbs. All of our dishes are prepared from scratch in our kitchen and our menus are based on seasonality using the freshest produce possible. We have recently expanded our wine menu to include over 77 bottles of Austrian and international wines. Our service team will be happy to recommend a wine pairing for each of our dishes. We have put together, with much love and attention, a wide assortment of local and international beers including over 20 craft beers and homemade organic cider. Beer is a serious passion for us and our team, which includes a number of beer sommeliers. On request we can screen almost any live sports events, most noteably, English Premier League, Champions League, Bundesliga, and Six Nations Rugby. Downstairs at Charlie P's you will find an diverse mix of nightlife including our immensely popular, 13 year running Pub Quiz, Rock n' Roll Karaoke (minus the Abba), the legendary Medical Tuesdays and Get The Funk Out Friday from Vienna's Godfather of Soul, DJ Shorty! Free WiFi is available to all our guests.
