Since the beginning of December 2018, we, Evelyn Schranz and Daan de Val, have been inviting our guests to evening dining experiences in our restaurant right behind the Vienna Parliament. Combinations of regional ingredients and forgotten Austrian produce characterize the design of our menus. Chef Daan de Val pays special attention to seasonal ingredients and brings them, inspired by international diversity, to the plates. Since we offer only the best quality and all our dishes are homemade, we can guarantee this regional top quality in our exclusive menus.
