Gasthaus Floss is committed to Viennese tradition in line with fresh and contemporary cooking. Ingredients and products are sourced from regional suppliers and mostly from organic, sustainable agriculture and farming. The menu is redesigned every day to live up to freshness, seasonality and variety. More than 100 Austrian wines are offered, whereof 30 are from vineyards around Vienna. Gasthaus Floss is located in Vienna's first district but in a hidden corner beyond mass tourists' pathways.
