Intense chicken broth, home made noodles and a variety of funky toppings make Ramen a universal dish, be it a quick business lunch, a romantic dinner or arguably one of the best hangover cures in the world. Karma Ramen is the first address in Vienna for all ramen lovers or those curios about exloring japanese cuisine beyond sushi (no - we dont have sushi!) We take great care at selecting only the finest ingridients that go in our ramen. Our three rules are: Only home made noodles, produced fresh on a daily basis. No flavour enhancers (e.g. E621 / MSG / etc.). Use of local produce from suppliers in Vienna and Lower Austria, where possible.
