Ramen - Japanese soul food and the most popular dish for all ages and social groups in Japan. Intense chicken broth, homemade noodles and a variety of fancy toppings make Ramen a universal dish for a quick business meal, a romantic dinner or probably one of the best hangover cures in the world. Karma Ramen is the first address in Vienna for all ramen lovers or those who are curious about Japanese cuisine beyond sushi (no - we don't have sushi!). We attach great importance to selecting only the best ingredients for our ramen. Our three rules are: Only homemade noodles that are freshly made every day. No flavour enhancers (e.g. E621 / MSG / etc.). Use of local products from suppliers in Vienna and Lower Austria, if possible.
