kaffeefabrik is a roastery and coffeeshop - organic certified and truely engaged in direct trade. We offer coffee drinks - from espresso, cappuccinos to hand brew filter coffees and our homemade tonic that we use for our special "black tonic". Also we offer a range of fresh roasted specialty coffeebeans from our roastery - organic and sourced directly from producer coops around the world. Opened in 2011 kaffeefabrik was one of the first third wave coffeeshops in Vienna. We are dedicated to highest quality when preparing our espresso and filter drinks - and even more when it comes to roasting and sourcing our beans. kaffeefabrik is part of Roasters United - an importing collective of 12 roasters in Europe. We work directly together with organic certified coops of small coffee growers. We visit them every year to improve Quality and our realationship and establish a truely sustainable cooperation.
