The chefs and their team prepare their meals with fresh regional produce. Guests are spoilt with superb dishes that are always created with love and creativity. Not only the guests rave about the food, numerous awards prove its high quality: Vorarlberg isst..., Falstaff, A la carte, Wo isst Österreich? For our typical Austrian cuisine and the use of regional products (from Vorarlberg, Austria and the region Lake of Constance) we were awarded a quality seal from AMA Gastrosiegel Vorarlberg and Genussregion Österreich.
