Since the new rooms in the Maurachgasse have been given the finishing touch in middle of August, a tempting smell is filling the air in the small, revitalized corner of the city. The clear language of the architecture and the warm atmosphere of the team create an unusual symbiosis and invites you for breakfast, lunch or a fine dinner for two or in large round. Design meets heart, vegetarian, vegan, organic and healthy meets upscale gastronomy in a magical atmosphere. The organic wine cellar can also be seen, of course. The often underestimated vegetarian cuisine has been a fixed part of gastronomy in Bregenz since Susi's first Zauberei. In the new location, however, it offers a unique variety of world cuisine thanks to the expanded menu and the evening operation and it finally extends the local gastronomy scene. Whether on the long table with a mixed audience or a two-table, here borders and contradictions are overcome and urban feeling of life has again conquered new space.
