Dilbi is a Syrian restaurant ..we serve food ..But we also share culture, art and music with our customers... Dilbi is our memories back home... it is our homeland that we carry with us.. Dilbi is a 400 years old tree in a village called Mashta Al helou in the south of Syria where poetry, beauty of nature, simplicity are the symbol of that place... In 2012 our Dilbi fell ill and broke one of its branches... We decided to save it... we couldn't save Syria from war ... we wanted to save our culture and traditions through Dilbi... We made a statue called The statue of birth out of that broken branch...during those 11 days we stayed next to Dilbi singing, dancing , painting and reciting poems ... since then it became a traditional in every year at that time we make festivals of peace around Dilbi as Dilbi united all Syrians... Dilbi's family are artists .. The chef is a poet and engineer who have published 4 books in Syria and lebanon.. The manager is a Singer and a filmmaker..
