Parazzar means in french "by coincidence". In a high street awards the city, you'll almost pass trough it, because it's quiet un markable. It's a very busy local pub, where quality is very important. No lager beer on tap but trappist Chimay triple, no penetrating advertising but art on the walls, no elevator music but vinyl on the mixer, no high headed people but the right heart on the right place, It's always cosy trough de low scale un false ambiance, lovely eclectic music, a late night piano tune by the boss, a suddenly poem trough the speakers, improvisation live concerts, a tear and a lough with our theater in winter. This all makes Parazzar rather a unique place in the very commercial city of Bruges. We stationed symbolic out of the city walls, but very near the culture house (MaZ), the big concert building (t'Zand), 10min walking to the rail station, and close to the locals. U can join a very nice meal made from fresh house made ingredients. Our beloved spaghetti is served to midnight. Wonderful sharp prized cocktails, impressive gin menu, nice wines with several cheese to choose, a lot of alternative non alcohol drinks, en a beer list to be proud of. So, what are you waiting for?
