About
For over 40 years, the Sint-Joris restaurant, on the Markt in Bruges, has been run by the same family. In 2013, the interior of the historic house was completely stripped and rebuilt. Behind the typical facade and underneath the balks of the 13th century, you will discover a modern interior with lots of wood and warm tints which create a cosy atmosphere. Well-known, traditional Belgian food is prepared in the artisanal kitchen, as Flemish beefstew, steaks, fisherman's dish, mummy's meatballs, shrimps croquets, chicken waterzooi,... The restaurant also serves a daily lunch and a good variety of vegetarian dishes. Only first quality regional products are used in the kitchen, like local natural meat. Sint-Joris specialises in cooking for groups and has room for up to 110 people. Discover an honest and delicious restaurant in the centre of Bruges, a world heritage city.
