A subtle combination of traditional dishes and surprising combinations on the menu. All we tasted was excellent. Let the chef Peter Van den Bossche surprise you with an original wine choice out of his 500 references in his cellar.
The restaurant has it’s loyal clientele from the Gent area. Shrimps as starter was a good choice. Main dishes were fish and I took kidneys. Fish was excellent according table, the kidneys were also ok. Prices are a bit steep. A good experience.
