Offering a mix between Oriental and local - yes, our beer is Belgian - we want to be a window* to the world of the Japanese, fast-paced snack. With much pride of having been the first ramen shop in Ghent (and apparently, the second in Belgium) for over 6 years now, we serve authentic ramen soups with fresh wheat noodles and the best, seasonal ingredients, with or without some handmade gyza on the side. Youll find our little shop in the shadow of the Counts Castle, in the vibrant Oudburg area. Please note were only open for lunch, from 12 PM to 2.30 PM, all days except Saturday and Sunday. On Friday night, we offer an IZAKAYA STYLE dining experience with authentic bar food and a selection of premium sakes from Kobe and saka. * Ramen means windows in Dutch, pun well intended.
