La Cantine is a lunchrestaurant integrated in an interior and giftshop, in an historic building (18th century). Original kitchen. Based on more than 30 years of experience as a foodie, owner Lieve Byttebier realised her dream. Her ambition is cooking healthy, tastfully, with low ecological footprint. Lieve created workshops and wrote a book about cooking earlier. The restaurant "La Cantine" is integrated in a larger shop, called Chapter 4, the Byttebier Urban Store, with tableware, cookware, home decoration. From may till october we will go outdoor on the square on sunny or warmer days. Never hesitate to ask about intolerances or special demands.
