Bistrotheek Billiau is an absolute ‘must do’. Great dining in a cozy environment in the heart of Knokke. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service. Belgian cuisine with a modern touch. Try the Tomates Crevettes – simply awesome!
What a beautiful surprise!!! We were looking for a restaurant, first night in Knokke, and we have found this precious. The sea bass was divine. Love all: service, wine and specially the dinner. Thanks Billiau for serving such a wonderful dinner!
Dumortierlaan seems to be the street with the better restaurants, this was more than a nice surprise. The food is of excellent quality, the lunch is a very good choice, the winelist superior. This is one who could get a Michelin star.
A re-start for the Michelin-starred ‘Oosthoek’, but what a nice surprise. Marinated mackerel as a starter and filet of brill (‘griet’) as a main course. Both super-fresh and well prepared.Very nice wine selection, we took the (red) Laibach Ladybird.Excellent, warm and professional service.
