Brasserie Bouillon is a traditional, cosy brasserie, serving scrumptious dishes. We are also proud of our large selection of local beers to everyone's taste. At Brasserie Bouillon, we use fresh local and seasonal produce. Our 'croque monsieur' (toasted ham and cheese sandwich), for example, is made with bread baked in Bouillon, Ardennes ham and Orval cheese. Weather permitting, it is possible to book a table on the large front terrace. During weekends, special theme nights are organized.
