The concept and quality charter of each of our restaurants and employees respond to the passion of the founders to cultivate the core values of the brand: demand quality, seek consistency and have fries, potatoes, niak! FRITAPAPA's raison d'tre is to offer customers attractive, targeted, constantly evolving menus at the best price and in an elegant setting. For these ambitious goals, we appealed to the best suppliers: our meats are of the best quality, our chips are fresh, our fat is vegetable. It is on these bases that we have developed recipes that sublimate the art of fries and its accompaniments. Our fries come from the best potatoes in the region and the good work of farmers. Our fat is certified vegetable and therefore consumable by all. Our burgers are mounted on the spot with the greatest rigor.
