November-December 2017 I did teaching in Louvain-la-Neuve and instead of dealing with the evening traffic, I just decided to have dinner. Chez Augustin serves a local cuisine, good value for money, always a good table and very, very friendly staff.
I love his frites! Best ever and he is very kind with his customers , the only thing is he closes and opens as he wishes, or at list I don’t get the schedule he arranges
