* THE PLATE The traditional plate is broken down into small healthy & colourful dishes to share if you wish. The menus change with the seasons. The cooks brew various kitchens, while respecting our charter, designed to guarantee the best, from the ground to the plate. Cooking is gentle, seeds are sprouted and food is carefully selected. * THE VALUES By collaborating with our own farm and other Belgian producers and market gardeners, we are continuously looking for transparency and respect for the product, the body and the planet in order to offer you the best to share around one of our tables. * THE FARM Since the opening of the TERO Bierges in 2014, Jean-Charles, our market gardener, and his team have been developing a vegetable garden at the Ferme des Rabanisse according to organic farming principles. Saler cows, Duroc pigs and laying hens have also joined the farm. They are raised with respect for animal welfare and the environment.
