The budget mans food was delicious and fresh. He is just a tiny street vendor but his food is excellent. The quantity and quality of the food was great. He is also quite humorous.
This guy can cook! Affordable great food and big portions! He can be found in front of Paradise Too hotel, highly recommended. Other vendors may charge the same, but will give you tiny portions, GO BUDGETMAN!
