Ray's Big Dog features 1/3 pound All Beef hot dogs and chicken sausages for take-out or dine in under the palapa. RAY'S is making everything from scratch, from the aioli's to the chips, the split top buns, the signature hot dogs and of course the gourmand toppings. The hot dogs are being handcrafted, by local sausage makers, the buns are baked fresh each morning. Ray's peel and eat shrimp, is wild caught from the waters of Belize.
