Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are served daily by natives in its most authentic manner in traditional ambiance. Located on Over Johnson Cultural Island just on the northend of Hopkins a short boat ride starts your dining adventure. Dining includes choosing your Garifuna Dish that you would like to see prepared in your presence or with your participation. Cooking time is spent conversing about the wealth of our Garifuna Culture, topics varying from spirituality, economics, food, music & medicine. Island is home to 3 cultural kitchens with offering a private experience and as such reservations must be made to experience this native culinary experience. We surely cater for vegans and must of our meals are glutton free. Live music during dining is provided based on request.
