We always enjoy our evenings at Bolero Brasserie. We enjoyed outstanding pork belly, grilled lamb, swordfish, hangar steak, and short ribs this week. The wine list never disappoints and the service is top notch. Bolero is by far the best dining experience in Hamilton.
Bolero’s food is the best I have tasted in Bermuda. Inventive dishes couples with delicious wine and a pleasant atmosphere. The cauliflower soup was perfectly pureed with stilton cheese and the steak cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion dinner.
