About
Anti-caf (also sometimes called a time club or a pay-per-minute caf) is a type of a public business that became popular around 2011 in Russia. Anti-caf is a place where people meet and spend time, similar to a caf or a club, which is possible to rent for a short time. Unlike a normal caf, the primary purpose anti-caf is intended to serve is communication rather consumption, but as in a regular caf customers can order tea, coffee or other beverages. The anti-caf concept was invented and first implemented by a Russian writer Ivan Mitin in December 2010 in Moscow. Since then, anti-cafs have been spreading in Russia and neighbouring countries, with a first anti-caf opened in Western Europe in 2012, in Paris. In 2013, the first UK branch of Russian chain Ziferblat opened in London. Another branch opened in 2015 in Manchester. In AUGUST 2016 opens the first Anti-Caf in South America, ANTI CAF CHUKUTA, proud to be the first Anti-Caf in South America.Details
