About
Cafe-restaurant Sol y Luna is a Dutch owned and managed bar/restaurant. Because we have 4 areas, we can cater for several occasions. When you enter the restaurant it might look small, and around dinner time fully booked, but we do have a bigger non smoking restaurant area at the back upstairs. Downstairs we have the pool area with the possibility to have some drinks or a meal on comfy couches. If you carry on from there you will find our projector room for sports and presentations. You can come in to watch some sport on the flat screen TV's, read a book from our book exchange, check the internet via our free Wi-Fi or plan what the next leg on your journey will be with help from our reference guidebook collection. During big and important sport matches we will turn our upstairs area in to a real sport cinema with a beamer projecting the game on a massive screen and we get the sound through the sound system!!Details

We came here after walking tour with GuruWalk (which was by the way fantastic tour, seems like much more fair comparing to Red Cap, highly recommended). Good choice of beers, great music. 1l Heineken was 50bob.
I went there for dinner and loved it! Food is great, the staff are friendly and quick and experts if you need beer recommendations. It has a nice, laid back atmosphere but all of the staff there are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Go here!!!

Dinner here is hundred times better than a road to or from Chacaltaya! Just trust me. Best place with awesome service!
Lovely hosts and excellent food. They made this solo traveller feel most welcome.The Apple Crumble was as good as Mother’s.
Great place to enjoy Bolivian food with European service. Dutch and German cuisine are also available.Beers are from all over Bolivia. Strongly recommended!
Excellent attention! The Food and drinks are very tasty.!I had the veggie curry. Super tasty! Also the attention was really good, the waiters are very helpful.
