A vegetarian cafe with a relaxing atmosphere offers vegan salad with avocado and potatoes, falafel , craft beers and Bolivian organic coffee with soy milk. Our mission as vegetarian cafe is to reduce the consumption of meat and help the people to discover vegetarian food in Uyuni. As a part of a big project we also want to reduce the footprint of tourism in the salt flats.
