Welcome to the world's only quinoa based pizzeria! If not the only one anymore, we surely were the first J I, Fernando, run this family owned pizzeria, which is named after my grandmother. I have been making pizzas for the last 15 years, both here in Uyuni and in Sweden. Therefore, you can place your order in English, Swedish or Spanish. And of course, pointing at the menu also works :) Our pizza dough is based on the finest quinoa flour in the world. Quinoa is one of the most nutritious grains you can find - and it's free of gluten.
