About
Palma was founded nearly 50 years ago in Sarajevo as the first privately owned pastry shop. A wide range of hot, cold, chocolate drinks, natural and refreshing juices, frappes, ice cream bowls and specialties, exclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, as well as many kinds of cakes and salty combinations is enough to suit everyone's taste. All the treats on our menu are handmade and lovingly made at Palma according to traditional recipes, as well as recipes that are the result of owner innovation and can only be found at Palma. The groceries from which we make all the products are carefully selected because your trust is what matters most to us. If you are a non-smoker you do not have to worry, we also have a place for you to enjoy the clean air. At Palma you can hear the relaxing sounds of the piano every day, live.Details

We initially stopped here for something to eat. Nothing on the menu really interested us so we had a drink only and moved on. We returned to that area at night and it was reasonably well patronized.
It is a bit far from downtown, but worth to come. During the hot summer the fountain gives some chill. Broad variety of cakes and icecreams. Some evenings decent music – really enjoyable.

A very popular café for local people. Many kinds of bevarages, both cold and warm, and various kinds of sweets to choose. The atmosphere is very cozy. Very comfortable place to sit and enjoy a coffee time.
For a hot summer afternoon we chose Palma for afternoon tea. The place is well-known in sarajevo. It started its business im 1970.The seating area is indoors and outdoors. A water fountain beautifies the outdoor area.
Cake was dry and full of sugar, it was too much on the sweet side. Coffee was not so great. Free wifi access and great location. This is not my first time here and I have had better before.
Super superb chocolate cake. Recommendation. They do not serve any beer, only fine wines. It is usually open until 23 pm.
