Bon Appetit Sarajevo was born out of a long-awaited desire by two colleagues whose pursuit for culinary excellence and hospitality never seemed to be satisfied. Throughout their years of restaurant experience and exposure to diverse approaches to the culinary arts, a dream was born in Emir and Dragan. They wanted to open a restaurant in the heart of his hometown of Sarajevo-- an intimate space where guests could come to experience a combination of the finest of International cuisine with the best of hospitality.
