Najuany Bistr opened on April 7th, 2015, but our history has began so much time before. The bolivian Boris and the paulistana Karol, after working in such renowned houses like as Fasano, L Tambouille, Trattoria a Rosario, Olivae, Atelier de Lionel Ortega and Cervejaria Burgman decided together to join their savings and start their own business. Theyve idealized and planned, so theyve decide to embark to Macei, where they gathered their knowledge and studied the place. After that, theyve made a menu with a contemporary base, rich in fresh ingredients, all done in the most artisanal way possible. Here Chef Boris runs the kitchen while Karol is our hostess and beer sommelier. Welcome to Najuany!
