In 1994, the Picanha do Cowboy came from the idea to innovate in the bar segment, with original ideas, themed bar (the first in Fortaleza) and waiters dressed in character (also the first in Fortaleza). A bar specializing in barbecue (focus and personality). The bar has as official partners recognized brands as Jonnhie Walker, Smirnoff, Red Bull, AmBev (Original, Bohemia, Skol, Antarctica, Brahma) and Ypioca. Was indicated by Veja magazine Fortaleza 4 times in the category bar flirting (it was not the appropriate category) when the category changed to happy hour in 2005, was elected six consecutive times best happy hour in the city of Fortaleza, and today already has 7 awards in this category. The company now works with the Franchising format and currently has 3 units in Fortaleza: Picanha do Cowboy Dom Luis Unit, Picanha do Cowboy Sul Unit and Picanha do Cowboy RioMar. The 2 first units have at least two environments, one air conditioned environment and one outdoor, the last one, Picanha do Cowboy RioMar, is located at the Restaurant Boulevard on the RioMar Fortaleza Shopping. Being a themed bar, the decor of the environment is all country-style, including the costumes of the waiters, paintings and sculptures of cowboys, giving a Western atmosphere of the bar.
